This is to further improve the fit of your boot. Medium Volume (MV) is of medium thickness and creates a medium fit. All V3 tongues can also be adjusted forwards backwards to better suit your specific foot shape. You can use the V3 Tongue System with any liner that has a Velcro attachment for the tongue.
