The reindeer meat has a tender texture and a wonderfully wild taste. Slice the roast into thin slices with a good knife and enjoy as a luxurious and very tasty side dish, a snack for the aperitif, or slice it into thicker slices and use for a larger meal with, for example, oven roasted potatoes and vegetables. Fantastically good!
