El Jefe Reposado Tequila Fruit and Veggie Gaspare Campari was tending barAged for a minimum of 3 months in used, American oak barrels previously used to age California Cabernet Sauvignon. Light gold, amber color and medium body. Light wood and agave on the nose with hints of spice and vanilla. Cooked agave on the front of the palate, round body turning sweet with mild oak and vanilla. A smooth, spicy finish, fruity with agave and oak.
