This is really quite good but note well that it’s going to require plenty of cellar time first
This is a potentially great Bâtard as everything necessary is here and this should age extremely well
(aged for three years before bottling)
There is excellent volume to the medium-bodied and admirably concentrated flavors yet this is not really a powerful wine so much as it is focused and harmonious
very dry and saline finale that delivers outstanding persistence
Grosset, Polish Hill Riesling Vintage:2012 This is really quite goodStony and mineral character here with a spicy, wet stone nose and a wealth of lime and light peach, as well as talcum powder. Chiseled palate with linear acidity and drive. Fresh, long and quite expressive already. Has the potential to improve in bottle as well. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
