Rolf Binder, Hanisch Shiraz other_regions I like the touch ofFull medium ruby. Complex, expressive aromas of raspberry, violet, gunflint, iron and mocha. Then superripe, dense and chewy, with notes of maple syrup, salt and pepper. A sweet, broad wine with a slightly aggressive back end.
