Palacio de Arganza Cabernet Sauvignon y Mencia, 2021 Pinot Blanc and aged in tankRipe, dark fruit and plum layered with herbs, thyme, purple flowers with blackberry and blueberry. A sort of umph coming from the Cabernet Sauvignon, balanced out by Mencia creating a smooth, rounded and expressive balance of fruit and earth.
