A brooding but wonderfully fresh nose mingles notes of various red berries

and much more structured and full-bodied than it usually is in other vintages

where the wine also aged for 14 months

yet the balance is impeccable

Michel Bouzereau, Meursault Grands Charrons Vintage:2022 These two new releases fromA beautifully layered nose combines notes of mineral reduction, quinine, essence of pear, quinine and a whiff of just sliced citrus. The lilting and beautifully refined flavors exude a subtle minerality on the very dry, well detailed and lingering finish where a touch of youthful austerity slowly emerges. This is very good for its level.
