underbrush and game hints
This is textbook Tillets
There is even more minerality and precision to the middle weight flavors though the vibrant finale displays enough dryness that I am concerned that it may not dissipate with age
alongside the principle offerings from two vintages I was brought up-to-date by the Fallers on their nobly sweet wines from a preceding vintage
This moderately dry effort is really very good though a wine that will need at least a few years of cellaring first
Nicolas Potel, Grands Echezeaux Brut Zero underbrush and game hintsModerate oak influence combines with brooding but more elegant and refined as well as exceptionally pretty and very spicy dark berry and plum aromas that dissolve into the rich, sweet and sappy flavors that , like the Echzeaux, possess ample amounts of extract that the muscled and focused, intense and linear finish seems less structured than it is in reality. This is an explosive wine that should reward up to a decade of cellar time. (92 94) 2014+
