This species is very fragrant and gets a long pendant bloom spike ( some times called a fox tail orchid ) not an erect bloom spike

The basal or shield fronds are generally round or kidney shaped and light green in color. These will dry and form the ball or base of the plant. The fertile ferns are a dark green grey on top and whitish underside. The plant you will receive is similar to plants in the photo. Large size determined more by basal leaf being around 5 6", fertile leaves about 8 10".
