The cool and restrained nose is mostly comprised by notes of mineral reduction though there are background nuances of iodine
There are differences in texture between the two years
William Downie, Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir other_regions_australia spice and whiff of theDark ruby. Rich, round and sweeter than the Gippsland on the nose. Very sweet and charming. Quite easy peasy. Dry finish. Quite appetising and energetic. At this point its a little simpler than the other two Downie Pinots in this line up.
