This vest has not been completely figured out but the current theory for it is as show, wrapping the belts and ties in a sort of straight jacket maneuver to create almost a robe vest that fits to the form. It can also be worn hanging around with the straps down. The vest is a silky acetate nylon rayon blend so it feels like a nightgown vest when you wrap it all around. The strap
