We've trialed a lot of shallots from seed over the years, and Davidor has proven to be reliably productive, early maturing and particularly well suited for our Pacific Northwest growing conditions. Crops yield beautiful, elongated, pink bulbs with easy to peel skins and cream colored flesh. An intermediate day type thats better adapted than Conservor.
