Reveals supple texture

Louis Michel, Chablis Forets Vintage:2019 full-bodied and velvety flavors thatHere too there is a hint of volatile acidity that is no more than a background element to the citrusy aromas of algae, apple and shellfish. There is fine volume to the delicious, lemony and succulent medium weight flavors that flash good minerality on the clean, dry and relatively powerful finish that exhibits just a touch of rusticity. This also needs to develop more depth so I would suggest giving it 2 to 3 years of bottle aging first.
