We select a few of our vineyard blocks with lighter soils to make this lovely wine. Strawberry, cotton candy, orange peel, and guava entice the nose with crisp acidity and a juicy palate that provides impeccable balance. This is a very food friendly ros and a natural pairing with spicy dishes, grilled foods, and charcuterie.
