This is the first wine to display any appreciable amount of wood and even here it’s quite subtle as it easily allows the notably exotic aromas of dried yellow fruit

but extremely precise palate

A more elegant and slightly higher-toned red berry fruit nose displays spice and green tea nuances

There is real structure and presence here a Croft packed full of spicy black fruit with white peppers generously sprinkled over the finish
