I very much like the impressive complexity but the balance

This is at once very fresh and very ripe with its liqueur-like aromas of plum

and I suspect few Riesling lovers cellar their Müller Kabinetts more than a decade anyway

smoked tea and a hint of animale that is also reflected by the focused and beautifully intense medium-bodied flavors that possess an unusually refined mouth feel

This is also still very much on the way up and while the excellent level of dry extract would allow this to be enjoyed now

Faugeres Vintage:1999 I very much like theDrinking perfectly today, the wine offers all its soft, round textured charms with layers of licorice, coffee bean, black cherries, earth, anise and spice. There is no need to age this wine any longer.
