Produced only with leaves from the 1st harvest. The Nomikoto Matcha is of good quality, it comes from the organically grown Hayashi Family tea garden in the beautiful Kirishima mountains. It is perfect to be enjoyed pure , prepared with the classic chasen. For the preparation of this matcha the leaves are ground very finely and it impresses with a soft
