Fiore Dei Calanchi - Sangiovese Romagna DOC 2022 Marta Valpiani Sauvignon following only the rhythms ofFiore dei Calanchi was born from a challenge, from an instinctive and courageous choice. Shortly before the 2021 harvest, Marta Valpiani decided to experiment with a technique she had seen in Burgundy, initially perceived as extreme, almost crazy. Then came the intuition: "I like it, let's try it." The wine comes from a tiny parcel of just 2,000 square meters. The name recalls the Anemone, a flower chosen as the symbol of this project. In the language
