Merlot 2018 Slavcek Riesling tra finezza ed esuberanzaSlavcek's Merlot is a warm, soft, and enveloping red wine that stands as a great expression of a pure Merlot from the Slovenian Collio. The harvest is done by hand with a careful selection of the bunches, while fermentation occurs spontaneously, with maceration on the skins for 25 days in oak vats. No fining or filtration for a direct expression of this complex but highly valuable terroir.
