This blend is born from the assembly of 18 mixed barrels, which previously contained rum and whiskey. Distilled in 2018, it was aged for 5 years at the Distillerie de Port au Prince in Haiti. The Vieux Sajous demonstrates the incredible aging potential of the Clairins produced by this distillery, which over time acquire a surprising depth and
