The grapes come from 3 parcels with distinct soils: gravel on marl, limestone and blue marl, the variety of soils translates into an electric and deep wine. Slow and spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, where the wine rests for two winters, the time necessary to develop its personality. Fresh, invigorating Chardonnay, with a unique flavor and a note of lemon that makes you thirsty and invites you to drink.
