The Rococo shape designed around 1760 was reissued in 1928 as a dinner service for seafood. Painted in bright red tones with naturalistic depictions of lobster and shells, complemented by a perfectly modelled lobster as a handle for the terrine lid, the shape and decor result in a fresh and modern interpretation of the Mediterranean theme.
