Ulysses Shiraz meridiana Delicately sweetThis full bodied red wine is made exclusively from hand picked grapes harvested from family owned vineyards in Gozo. It has an intense aroma of black fruits, underlined by a distinctive mineral and herbal character. On the palate it has ample tannins and flavours reminiscent of blackcurrants, blueberries and a hint of roasted pepper. Ideal with game, roasts, rich pasta dishes, spicy food and cheese.
