The pork neck is made from high quality pork, refined with spices, smoked with beech wood and dried in the sun. Budjola has a smoky aroma and a slightly salty taste. The marbling of the fat makes Budjola very juicy. Budjola should not be missing from any Croatian snack. Sliced thinly, it is a delicacy! Approx. 600g
