Lavery was initially ridiculed for his extravagant lifestyle, but overcame all prejudices and became a successful entrepreneur, about whom a BBC documentary was recently released. After there was no distillery in Belfast for over 87 years, the entrepreneur built and founded the first whiskey distillery in Belfast, which opened in 2023. In order to shorten the
