Sélection Pinot Noir AOC Wolfer Ermitage apple and apricot jamOnly 500 grams of the best grapes per square meter are used for this top quality wine. The maceration gives it a deeper color, more structure and more intense aromas. After fermentation, it is aged for 10 months in oak barrels, resulting in a complex and voluminous wine with great future potential.
