In the first few years, bottlings appeared that had already been stored in barrels, but had the necessary three years. Today, the young distillery, which uses 100% Icelandic barley for production, has an extensive range of different barrel types. Floki Icelandic Young Malt matured in a single cask for an indefinite period. Bottled at 47 vol. % alcohol,
