It has been cultivated in Slovenia for a very long time. The local name ipon (sheep) came about when French soldiers occupying the region tasted it and commented: Mhmm, cest si bon. The 2024 vintage from the Dveri Pax winery has a light lemon yellow colour. The aroma is very delicate with beautiful floral accents reminiscent of a walk through blossoming
