The grapes are destemmed and undergo a cold maceration for 5 6 days in steel tanks. The spontaneous fermentation takes place at 28 30C, while the malolactic fermentation takes place at 20C. The wine is then aged for 25 months in new French oak barrels. The wine presents a deep garnet red hue and offers aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry,
