Cupano Les Oiseaux Aux D'oulan Bator IGT 2023 Rosévin Fermentation and maceration for 9A lovely blend of Procanico and Ansonica from Pitigliano in Tuscany. The grapes grow on ancient, original non grafted vines, which are planted in volcanic soil at an elevation of 300 meters. The vineyard was planted 130 years ago. Fermented and aged for approximately 12 months in ceramic barrels.
