Rosso Amaranto Dolcetto 1/3 of SyrahThe rosso is as it's white partner also made on Trebbiano di Romagna. However, with a different mix of aromatic herbs, a total of 38. It has a dark red colour with caramel shades. The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Rosso Amaranto is full bodied and has hints of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, myrrh, cloves, cinnamon, orange peel and a bitter sweet finish.
