The non stick coated crepe pan has optimal gliding properties the crepes can be turned easily and glide out of the pan without any problems. Ultra resistant and reinforced inner and outer black coating, last generation: guaranteed PFOA and particles free; 60 microns. Forged aluminium 4mm: unbreakable. The bottom is made of induction friendly AISI 430 ferritic stainless steel
