This wine is made from the finest Barbera grapes from vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba, Sinio, Diano d'Alba and Grinzane Cavour. Harvested manually, the wine undergoes temperature controlled fermentation with 15 days of skin contact to achieve extra depth and tannin. 70% of the wine is matured in large French oak barrels,
