Cupano Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2018 spiced with barrel notesHand harvested in mid September. Natural fermentation in steel tanks. Limited addition of sulfites. Aged on the lees in Bourgogne barriques for at least 3 years, with a maximum of 10% new wood. Bottling takes place no earlier than 4 years after harvest, without any filtration. The color is a nice light ruby red. The aroma is delicate with notes of ripe raspberries, cherries and plums, with a hint of roasted coffee. The taste is nicely consistent with
