Domaine Jean Grivot Échezeaux 2023 Rosévin Hand harvested in mid-SeptemberFantastic Grand Cru from Jean Grivot, 0. 84 hectare chezeaux parcel. The wine matures faster than other Grand Crus and is silky smooth and elegant in its youth, gaining more body with a few years in the cellar. The wine often has notes of herbs and violet. The parcels have a planting density of 11,000 vines per hectare. The wine is matured for 18 months in oak barrels from the forests of Allier and Nievre.
