A full bodied porter brewed with local plums from Varde and the surrounding area. The plums have been infused in dark rum, giving the porter extra depth and body with a light fruity touch. With its dark, strong body and delicate flavor notes of coffee, chocolate, and plum prune, this beer is perfect for mature cheeses or as an accompaniment to chocolate and desserts.
