Vinen afspejler Erwan Buchwalter og Anne Ccile Pfliegers nye begyndelse p det gamle Chteau de Lucey, hvor markerne har vret kologisk certificeret siden 2013. Vinen er lavet delvist p hsten under den tidligere ejer og dermed en smule mere klassisk udtryk end Erwan og Anne Ccile med deres lange lagring og lave intervention.
