It is related to the so called roll'n'write games, where you roll dice and draw or write strategically on a special pad. However, in Boomerang there are no dice, but cards instead. The players are dealt a hand of eight cards. They now choose a card from their hand and pass the cards to the player on their left, to receive a hand from the player on their right. In this way,
