2024, Clos des Légères, Mâcon Péronne Gin A rare wine made onClos des Lgres kommer fra gamle Chardonnay stokke i Mcon Pronne, hvor markerne dyrkes med fokus p hndvrk bl. a. med brug af heste i markarbejdet. Vinen er en del af David Vrots lille mikroprojekt Vitace, startet i 2022, hvor ambitionen er at lave Bourgogne med ekstrem prcision og minimal intervention. Druerne kommer fra samme parceller som nogle af omrdets mest eftertragtede Mcon vine, og vinifikationen holdes bevidst enkel for at fremhve terroiret.
