Made from 55% Grenache and 45% Syrah, handpicked grapes, destemmed and macerated for an average of 3 weeks. The wine is vinified in steel with overpumping and split racks. The wine is then aged for 11 months. on steel tank. The wine has a nice dark red color Aromas of red berry fruit, forest berries, cherries, licorice, pepper and a bit of balsamic. In
